Ruth Herrera, Registered Dental Hygienist
Ruth has been a Dental Hygienist for almost three years and graduated from Bergen Community College Dental Hygiene Program in 2004. She has been involved with the dental profession for more than 10 years working as a Registered Dental Assistant. The prospect of meeting patients is always a positive incentive for going to work. She loves the relationships she has been able to build with patients; they become like family. It is a very rewarding profession especially when Ruth is able to see the positive influence she has made with people in improving their oral health.
Ruth always aims to elevate the care she renders to patients by attending seminars and continuing education classes, updating her knowledge and keeping up with the latest treatments available. Ruth enjoys doing volunteer work whenever her schedule permits including feeding the homeless, serving in shelters, and working in the church nursery.
